Marketing Manager / Specialist – Layer 2
We are building a next-generation, quantum-secure EVM-compatible Layer 2 network designed to support scalable applications while preparing for the long-term shift toward post-quantum infrastructure.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Specialist to drive both planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product, ecosystem, and growth, with responsibility for shaping direction, defining priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes.
This is a build-phase role, suited for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and execute with speed in a fast-moving Web3 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning
• Contribute to and refine go-to-market strategy, including target segments, positioning, and channel approach
• Identify growth opportunities across user, developer, and ecosystem segments
• Translate high-level direction into actionable marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
Execution & Delivery
• Execute marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, partnerships, and community
• Coordinate launches, announcements, and ecosystem updates with strong attention to timing and impact
• Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across all channels
Content & Narrative Development
• Develop and refine messaging around Layer 2 positioning, including scalability, EVM compatibility, and long-term security
• Plan high-quality content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram
• Maintain consistency and clarity across all external communications
Website, SEO/ GEO & Content Engine
• Own and manage website performance as a key growth channel, including structure, content updates, and user journey optimisation
• Plan and execute SEO/ GEO strategy to improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversion
• Continuously optimise on-page elements (keywords, metadata, internal linking, landing pages) aligned with product narratives
• Produce high-quality long-form content (articles, press releases, thought leadership) to support education, narrative building, and search visibility
• Identify content opportunities based on market trends, user intent, and ecosystem developments
• Track and analyse performance (traffic, rankings, engagement), refining strategy based on insights
Ecosystem & Partnerships
• Identify, source, and support onboarding of ecosystem partners, including projects, builders, and collaborators
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs, communities, and strategic partners
• Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and credibility
Community & Growth
• Work closely with the community team to drive engagement and growth across Telegram, Discord, and social platforms
• Design campaigns that increase awareness, participation, and user activity
• Analyse community and user feedback to inform ongoing strategy
Performance & Optimisation
• Define key metrics for campaigns and initiatives, tracking performance against objectives
• Analyse results and refine strategies based on data and insights
• Continuously test and optimise different growth channels and approaches
Project Coordination
• Coordinate across internal teams (tech, design, community) and external partners
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure effective execution
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or tech
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, DeFi, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 dynamics
• Experience in both planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver results
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (native-level preferred)
• Familiarity with platforms including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
• Experience working with early-stage or growth-phase products
• Exposure to EVM ecosystems, DeFi, payments or developer communities
• Basic understanding of post-quantum or security narratives
• Experience with analytics tools, campaign tracking, or growth experimentation
